Belly Charms~Mother's Bracelet~Review and Giveaway!!!

I found out about Belly Charms on another blog and so badly wanted to do a review and giveaway of one of Sonya's Mother's Bracelets! I was ecstatic when Sonya agreed!!

You guys are going to L-O-V-E this one!

A little bit about how Belly Charms got started:

"Belly Charms was the great idea that I came up with after my second son was born.  When I was pregnant with my first child, I did not know there were maternity belly rings, so when I had to take out my belly ring, of course, the piercing closed.  I got it re-pierced, only to quickly find out I was pregnant again.

An ultrasound tech told me that there were maternity belly rings, but they were just hard to find.  Well I went on a search and finally found one.  I wore it through my entire pregnancy and right into the delivery room.  The nurses all loved it.

After my son was born, I went back to the "regular" steel belly button rings but just did not like them anymore.  So I got out my maternity belly ring, cut the PTFE bar to a much shorter length, rethreaded the ball, and took off the "It's a Boy" charm and replaced it with a candy cane......that is when Belly Charms began."
"Being the mom of 2 beautiful boys, ages 3 and 4, this is a great way for me to be able to say home with them and help other women and moms-to-be get what it took me so long to find."

I have never had my belly button pierced but I have to say that Belly Charms has some Caaaa-uuuuttee charms!! If I were slimmer I would go for it!!! And I think these would look adorable on a pregnant belly!

Belly Charms also has Kids Safety Identification Wristbands which would be so great to have on an outing!

Belly Charms has Affirmation and Inspiration Jewelry which all proceeds from this jewelry is donated to her sister to help cover the expenses associated with her brain cancer.

You can read more about this by clicking HERE

Belly Charms has so much to offer that I could go and on all day!! But, lets get to my favorite item....the Personalized Mother's Bracelets!!! There are so many different styles to choose from!!!

Before Sonya shipped out my Mother's Bracelet she emailed me some pictures of it....boy was that a teaser!! I fell in love with it right then and there!! I could not wait for it to come in the mail. When I received it, I was so impressed with it that I kept walking in the bathroom and looking at it on my wrist in the mirror!! I was tickled pink to wear this to work the next day and especially to wear it to Luke's birthday party. I have gotten so many compliments on it!!
This is my favorite piece of jewelry!!

Now normally I take some pictures myself of the products that I review but my pictures didn't even compare to the ones that Sonya took for me, so I am just going to use them.

The bracelet I received is the Swarovski Crystal Personalized Mother's Bracelet - Single Strand!!!

Isn't it just beautiful!! This bracelet isn't just your run of the mill beaded bracelet either.

It's well made with high quality supplies like Swarovski crystals!!

Would you like to win one for yourself??? I knew you would!!!

Belly Charms has offered to giveaway the same the bracelet that I received to one of my lucky readers!!! You get to choose the personalization including the colors!!!

Brugo Mug Review and Giveaway!!!

I have had the wonderful opportunity to review the Brugo Mug!!

"BRUGO’s patented design controls hot beverages sip by sip. Available in today’s trendiest colors, with contemporary stainless steel and chrome finish accents, BRUGO will keep you on the move."

The Brugo Mug has a patented design that helps to cool down your drink!!!

The Brugo Mug has three separate settings on the lid, one to tip and sip, one to sip, and one to lock!! You can set it to tip and sip, tip the mug and the liquid enters the chamber to cool down!!

The Brugo Mug comes in a variety of beautiful colors!!

This is a nice, heavy duty mug!! It's so nice to take hot drinks in the car with me!! I don't always drink coffee, but sometimes I need a major pick me up and this really came in handy!! To try this out, I stopped at a gas station and bought a cappuccino and poured it into my Brugo Mug (I bought it at the gas station because I don't have a coffee maker, I usually make instant, and I wanted to make sure it was nice and hot to try this out) The tip and sip worked exactly like it is meant to, it cooled down my drink enough for me to drink it, while keeping the rest of it hot! It is a beautiful mug and holds just the right amount of coffee! I will be taking coffee with me a lot more since receiving this mug!! The only problem that I found with this mug was I had a hard time getting the lid off, which may have been user error, not sure if I tightened it too much, I may have.

Want to win one of your own????

Brugo has offered to give one of my readers a mug in their choice of color!!!

Mandatory Entry: Visit the Brugo site and tell me which color you would choose!!

Mommyhood Monday~Birthday Party Edition!!!

Hey guys!!! Hope you had a wonderful weekend, I know we did!!

We had Luke's 2nd birthday party on Saturday (his birthday isn't until Wednesday) It was a blast, Luke had so much fun. He is getting to the age where he can actually play the games and have a good time!!
On friday, I made Luke's cake

I bought the edible image from ebay, used Wilton icing coloring to color the icing and m&m's and sprinkles to decorate!!

We did something special last year and I wanted to make it a tradition. It's really fun......

I wrote a little letter, saying that Luke was two and he was letting this balloon go to see how far it goes. I asked whom ever would find it to mail it back (I put a stamped envelope inside as well) and let us know where they found it. I stuck all this in a plastic baggie and tied balloons to it. Then Luke let it go!! We never got anything back last year but that doesn't mean that it may be out in the woods somewhere waiting to be found!! I hope we get this one back soon!!

These are the balloons that we had for decorations. I got these from ebay also!! The round one isn't mylar or latex, it almost feels like a real ball!!

I love this picture!! Luke at how much fun Luke is having!! That is my brother and his girlfriend to the left and our cousin Holly to the right!

Luke had lots of family and friends there to help him celebrate!! In the background you can see Papaw being ornery with the water balloons....he is the biggest kid of them all!!

The first game that we played was a sponge game. You take four buckets, fill two up with the same amount of water, split the kids into two teams and they have to take turns dunking their sponge in the bucket of water, running to the empty bucket, squeeze the water out into the bucket and run back and pass the sponge onto the next person in line. Whichever team gets more water into their bucket wins!!!

Here my mom is helping Luke play the game, he loved it!!!

The next game that we played was the basic same principle but only your not using sponges, you hold a balloon between your knees and run up, touch the bucket and run back and pass on the balloon to the next person. Luke pooped out on this game!

We played two other games, a water balloon toss and a guessing game. We filled up a big glass jar with smarties and the kids had to guess how many smarties were in the jar, whoever guessed right, won the jar with the smarties!! That's a kid favorite too!!

Luke got so many nice gifts!! I'm not sure why he had such a sour face in this one!!

I had to show you the look on his face when he got his undies!! He didn't want to put them down! It was Hilllllarrriousss!!

I got him a cozy coupe, I swear he would sleep in that thing if I would let him!!

Luke blew out his candles all on his own this year!!

At first glance you would think that my brother was fishing....not quite...he decided to tie some balloons on the end of the fishing line and fly the balloons....yep, that's my brother!!

Cruisin in the cozy coupe with cake on your face....now that's the life!!!!!
